DO Respect The Heat

No, those aren't the amount of points LeBron James dropped in the first three quarters on my Celtics last night (although it felt like it), it's the weather forecast for the next three days in Las Vegas. And even if you've been there before, and you think you know what Vegas heat feels like, be honest with yourself: most of your time was spent either indoors with the A/C blasting, or sitting poolside, wasn't it? Most likely, it wasn't spent on the infield of an enormous NASCAR track crushed up against 100,000 drugged out dancing people. , And, due to that wonderful desert-valley ecosystem, it doesn't cool off much even at night- the average projected temperature for 3 a.m. the next three nights is still upwards of 85°. Just trust us when we tell you that even if you think it's going to be hot, it's going to be hotter than that. Insomniac has free water refill stations all over the Speedway, so bring a refillable bottle and DRINK A LOT OF WATER.
