The Yellow Handkerchief Premieres In Los Angeles

[All photos by Andreas Branch for PMc] Looking as sulky as ever, Kristen Stewart attended the premiere of The Yellow Handkerchief last night at the Pacific Design Center in West Hollywood.

I mean, OK, she actually looked nice wearing a classic black dress, but honestly isn't she an actress? Can she at least act happy for the cameras?

Besides Kristen, the other stars of the new film attended the premiere. William Hurt, Maria Bello, Eddie Redmayne, and the director Udayan Prasad all came out last night to support their movie.

The Yellow Handkerchief is set in Louisiana, with three strangers making a road trip across the state. Kristen Stewart's character, Martine, hops into a strange convertible who is being driven by Gordy, played by Eddie Redmayne. Soon they come across Brett, William Hurt's character, who just got out of prison. To break the awkwardness already in the car, they ask him to join them on their journey. I'm not too sure how realistic this story is, but it seems as a coming of age/getting to know the characters type movie.

The film opens on February 26.
