Women In Film Presents The Crystal + Lucy Awards In Los Angeles

Friday evening, the Hyatt Regency hosted the Women In Film Crystal + Lucy Awards in Century City, Los Angeles. Kodak and MaxMara sponsored this event, praising “the new paradigm of Hollywood.” Honorees included Jennifer Aniston, Holly Hunter and Elizabeth Banks. Hostess and comedian Chelsea Handler got laughs from Blythe Danner, Amber Valletta, Cheryl Hines, Debi Mazar, Jodi Foster, Michelle Trachtenberg, Heather Locklear, Jenny McCarthy, Robin Thicke and Sarah Chalke; among other guests. The awards highlight women who expand the female role in entertainment, as well as any creative works which exemplify the values and achievements of Lucile Ball, one half of the award show’s namesake. While both men and women received disntinction, this was undeniably a very memorable girl’s night out.
