[Photos via Getty] MTV's The City followed it's main star, Whitney Port, to the beaches of Miami.  Whitney couldn't stand to be the only NYC Reality TV star missing out on the action of the Mercedes-Benz Swimwear Fashion Show (Kelly Bensimon and Olivia Palermo were already down there all last week).  It was a great excuse for her to go jet skiing and show off her bikini bod.
