Visionary trumpet player Miles Davis, known for his experimental style of jazz, used live to in a brownstone at 312 West 77th Street that he bought in 1958. The critically acclaimed jazz artist lived in the swanky Upper West Side apartment for 25 years, where he produced some of his best known albums: Kind of Blue and Bitches Brew.
