Monday, we lost a great friend and well known DJ, Josh Link. Josh, who played at numerous parties covered by GofG (including the Koch Brother's 'Day and Night' bashes at left), was hit on his Vespa on the Williamsburg bridge by a black car. The accident was fatal. Friends of the DJ took first to Twitter to send their thoughts. Check out more on Josh's career as a DJ on Nicky Digital. Services will be held today on Long Island.

I know it's kind of cliche to write about how truly nice someone was after they have deceased but Josh was definitely a really cool down to earth person. I use to see him all the time walking his dogs in the east village and he would regularly come into turntablelab where i work. A truly great person to be around and a truly awesome DJ. May be rest in peace... -NN
