Head upstate to the charming town of Beacon, New York for a seriously otherworldly art-viewing experience. Dia:Beacon is housed within a former Nabisco factory, offering 300,000 square feet of stunning contemporary art by the likes of Donald Judd, Walter De Maria, and Richard Serra. Our favorite pieces, however, are Dan Flavin's neon light installations. Stop by the basement level for an industrial space lit with an eerie green glow.
