Jeppe Hein, "Please Touch the Art"
Brooklyn Bridge Park just added 18 brand-new sculptures by Danish artist Jeppe Hein to its massive playground and waterfront gardens. Hein's innovative work is not just set in a public space, it welcomes visitors to engage with it in the most playful way. It will be the artist’s largest show in the U.S. to date, and is created specifically to interact with the park’s unique landscape stretching from the Manhattan Bridge to the waterfront and Pier 6.
