ARTS NYC is throwing their East Village Arts Party, an annual showcase of artists hosted by Miss Metropolitan Tara Szczepanski and Miss Bronx Nardeen Billan. The event features performances by dancers, painters, poets, musicians, architects, filmmakers, and more.
