The Whitney debuts its newest exhibition, “American Legends: From Calder to O’Keeffe,” featuring a powerhouse of artists who rose to fame between 1900 and 1950. The selection displays a range of mediums from luminaries such as Oscar Bluemner, Alexander Calder, Joseph Cornell, Ralston Crawford, Arthur Dove, Edward Hopper, Georgia O’Keeffe, and more.
