

This weekend, Brooklyn's art community took to Dumbo's streets, walls, and waterfronts for the 16th Annual Dumbo Arts Festival. Featuring 500 artists' work, the festival defied the stormy weather forecast with bold colors, bright lights, and Manhattan Bridge attractions.
