"Best 2K I Ever Spent" Highlights From The Billboard Music Awards

This year's Billboard Music Awards took a turn for the MTV last night with crazy antics usually reserved for the cable networks awards program. Britney and Rihanna kissed on-stage, Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez made out (OMFG!!!!!!), and The Hangover's Ken Jeong provided comic relief.

Britney Spears and Rihanna took the stage in their leotards to perform "S&M." While Britney clearly lip sang, she did manage to make it to the show and move her limbs without the aid of several helpers. There were few close-ups of her face, but it did not seem like her eyes were just a deep pool of sad, emptiness reflecting the hollow shell where her bubblegum soul used to reside. The two made out, as is requisite for any time Brit takes the stage during an awards show. Standing ovation.

Beyonce took home something called The Millennium Award. In her speech she thanked Destiny's Child and hubby Jay-Z. “I don’t want to put you on the spot because I know they’re probably putting the camera in your face right now, but I love me some Jay-Z.”

Hangover star Ken Jeong played host and managed to almost upstage the wild outfits always worn by Nicki Minaj with his sequin tuxedo jacket.

OMGZ!!!!!!!! AHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Justin Bieber, who took home six awards, kissed his girlfriend Selena Gomez in front of everyone, including his hormonal girl army. Cue the death threats.
