Legendary Children promotes a young New York artist each month with a reception at the National Arts Club.
This month, we are pleased to feature filmmaker Ray Tintori. An alumnus of Wesleyan University, his undergraduate film thesis, "Death to the Tinman," received an honorable mention at Sundance. Tintori is
also known for directing MGMT's music videos (his video for "Time to Pretend" was voted the 6th best video of the year by SPIN's Abby Everdell <http://www.spin.com/articles/20-best-music-videos-2008?page=0%2C2>).
We will be showing some of his more recent work as well as some classic film clips that have informed his style of filmmaking.
