Bowery Mission Charity Event!

Group charity event from 6 to 9 PM at Side Bar located near Union Square to raise money for The Bowery Mission. The Bowery Mission *An Organization that helps those whose lives are caught in cycles of poverty, hopelessness and dependencies of many kinds see their lives transformed to hope, joy, lasting productivity and spiritual wholeness. The Bowery Mission itself first opened its doors in 1879 as a refuge for the hurting, vul­nerable and homeless community in the Lower East Side of New York City. Today, The Bowery Mission is one of New York City’s largest providers of food, emergency shelter, clothing, spiritual counsel, and life recovery services for the City’s more than 9,000 homeless single men and women. Admission *$6 online or $10 at door donation gets a drink bracelet for Open Bar (6-7 PM) which includes Well Drinks and Bud/Bud Light Drafts. (The admission donation is mandatory for this event) Donations *We will also be collecting toiletries, canned goods and small items of clothing as well. (Item donations are optional)
