Edeyo 3rd Annual Toy Drive

In a country where poverty is rampant, it is not surprising why so many families have to decide between feeding their children or pay for education. Edeyo addresses the complex and dire needs of the underpriviledged children in the slum of Bel-Air in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. We provide over 200 children with a free education and nutritional support in a safe and nurturing environment. Nigel Barker and NYPD Police Commissioner Raymond Kelly are among those who will participate in this important holiday event. Sponsors Pop Burger's and Bites of Paradise will donate all you can eat delicious signature burgers and mouth watering cupcakes. One hundred percent of the funds raised through this event will go toward the delivery and purchasing of toys and school supplies for Haitian children. Haiti is the poorest country in western hemisphere and as you know children always bear the brunt of poverty. This event's goal is to collect as many toys and donations as possible to put a smile on their faces.
