Please join Lelaine Lau and 403 for a presentation on the historic $27B class-action lawsuit filed by the Amazonian Ecuadoreans in what is the largest oil-related environmental catastrophe in the world. ‘Crude’ director Joe Berlinger, Steven Donziger, the American legal advisor on the case, and Han Shan, coordinator of the Clean Up Ecuador campaign for Amazon Watch will be on hand to discuss the film (opening September 9), and the historic case.
