Four Seasons Catering Southampton located at 15 Prospect Street in Southampton NY will be the site of the First Annual Hamptons Casino Night Thursday August 27, 2009 from 8:00 PM to Midnight. The evening will benefit the Stella Maris Regional School and will include Cocktails, Hors d’oeuvres, Live Music, Roulette, Black Jack, Poker, Craps, Slot Machines, Prizes and Auctions.
