| Description |
The event is being held on August 12, 2009 at The Boathouse in Central Park. NYJTL, a 501(c) 3 organization (NYJTL Website NYJTL), is the largest program of its kind in the country, providing free tennis programs for over 120,000 New York City children. It was founded 39 years ago by Arthur Ashe, and last year helped raise over $2.8 million in college and secondary school scholarships.
