Art + Music | HAIK KOCHARIAN: PHOTO EXHIBITION & MUSICAL PERFORMANCE
Experience the photography of multimedia artist Haik Kocharian in an opening reception of his new exhibition, Walking The Way, and then stick around as he gives a special (free!) musical performance at 8 pm in Cafe 92YTribeca. Kocharian’s photographs were taken in several locations around the Indian sub-continent, including the ancient city of Varanasi, the coasts of Varkala, and the Tar Desert. His music is full of rich acoustics; his latest album is entitled Juice, and he is currently working on his new album, Overdose of Pleasure, out by mid 2010.
