Fashion Meets Finance

Fashion Meets Finance began as a simple conversation over post-work cocktails among a few fashion colleagues. The realization was that, as avid participants in the happy hour scene, something was missing. Typically bars in the Fashion District were packed full of women, and those in the Financial District only of men. Considering the fact that these two industries are already gender heavy enough in the workplace, the idea was to shake things up a bit socially. The solution was obvious: combined happy hour events for only the women in Fashion and only the men in Finance.
