Celebrate Flatiron Chefs is an elegant yet casual summer feast under the elm trees in Madison Square Park to support urban green space and free kids programs, concerts, art and readings in the park.
Our chefs will be serving an amazing menu inspired by cuisines from all over the world! Here's a sneak peek at only some of the dishes you'll find on July 14th.
French: Wild Smoked Salmon Galette; Pissaladiere with Onion, Anchovies & Olives
Spanish: Grilled Lamb Bacon on Toast; Smoked Mussels & Fino Sherry Vinegar
Italian: Veal & Ricotta Meatballs; Calamari Salad with Smoked Chick Peas
Asian: Bacon Wrapped Prawn Satay; Tempeh Satay; Edamame Dumplings
Middle Eastern: Beef & Lamb Shawarma; Awaimat Lebanese Beignets
Belgian: Whole Lamb grilled on site with Red Onion & Cucumber; Belgian Waffles
American: Soft Shell Crab Sliders; BBQ Lamb Ribs; Whole Hog smoked on site
We're also serving gallons of fabulous summer cocktails and plenty of amazing desserts. All for one price and a great cause - supporting your park!

VIP tickets for 5:30pm entry are no longer being sold.
Day of event tickets will be sold at the door for 6:30pm entry at $200 per person.
