Southern Hospitality is throwing a finale viewing party which includes trivia, drink and food specials as well as a karaoke face-off following the finale, where guests will have a chance to channel their inner idol and sing along to the Wii game on the giant TV screen. Admission is free.

The "American Idol" Judges Sliders Platter- $7.95
A platter of four sliders, one for each judge -Simon, Paula, Randy and Kara (two pulled pork and two pulled chicken sliders)
Lambert's Fried Pickles- $6.95
Names after the contestant who many say will take home the title, these deep fried pickle chips are a Memphis classic...golden fried and piled high.
The Seacrest Nachos Mound- $9.95
A mound of tortilla chips topped with BBQ beans, smothered cheddar cheese, guacamole, pico de gallo, sour cream and BBQ sauce, named after the show's popular host, Ryan Seacrest. You can add pulled pork or pulled chicken to it for $4.95
The Final Elimination Platter- $27.95
A generous portion of Memphis-style Dry Rubbed Ribs and Baby Back Ribs with slices of cornbread and two sides (corn on the cob, collard greens, mac and cheese, sweet potato casserole, baked beans, tater tots or seasoned fries)
