Lee Chappell along with cabaret mastermind Isengart and musical showstopper Lady Rizo, present Foreign Affairs - a cabaret show featuring new and vintage acts along with live music and a crowd as inclusive as it is unexpected, drawing From the Williamsburg burlesque scene, the gay downtown dance crowd as well as uptown's artists and entertainers. WEDNESDAY MAY 27 - Foreign Affairs is celebrating the spirit of dance with a contortionist act from the famed Ekaterina Sknarina and solo dance numbers from dancer/choreographer Carlos Miller - inspired by his years as a principle dancer with Les Ballets Trockadero de Monte Carlo. Ekaterina Sknarina – Renowned contortionist and World Champion Rhythmic Gymnast, Ekaterina has toured Europe with Cirque du Soleil as an aerialist, and has showcased her impressive acts in shows such as the Nuevo Variety Circus, Comedy Central and the Lucky Devil Circus Sideshow. Ekaterina is currently in the United States performing as an aerialist/contortionist with Anti-Gravity. When not performing on her own or as a Throwdini’s target girl, Ekaterina has appeared as a model in such famous magazines as FH, One World, and GQ. Carlos Miller – Dancer/Choreographer and founding Director of Diesel Fusion Dance Theater. As a professional dancer, Carlos has performed worldwide with some of the most prominent classical and contemporary ballets and festivals. Additionally, Carlos has been featured as a dancer in the Interactive Beginning Ballet 1.0 CD-Rom, was invited to compete at the 2005 New York International Ballet Competition, and was a featured dancer on a PBS television show.
