| Description |
A small group will be lead through the process of evaluating coffee, exploring factors such as mouth-feel, acidity, and sweetness. Stumptown's cupper, Lizz Hudson, will be on hand to lead an interactive discussion and teach us skills such as how to evaluate the aroma of dry, freshly ground beans. We then compare this to the grounds after hot water's been added. Using deep espresso spoons, we will taste the coffee as it cools. tbsp is also providing an array deliciously food. www.spoonnyc.com
