Ryan Andrew Balas' second feature film CARTER, which we produced at the end of 2008, will have its premiere next month in New York City at The Anthology Film Archives as part of the New Filmmakers Fall Series.
At the age of 17, Jeb made a bet / vow that if he wasn't married by the time he was 23, he would kill himself at the age of 25. Carter takes place 3 days before his 25th birthday.
