The 2009 NYU Cancer Institute Autumn Ball will be co-chaired by Roberta Greenberg and Sandy Meyer and will honor the talented Dr. Herbert Lepor, Martin Spatz Chairman of the Department of Urology, renowned for his superb research and patient care involving prostate cancer. This year’s event will celebrate NYU Langone Medical Center’s remarkable progress in the fight against cancer on all levels: patient care, research, education, and prevention. The gala is an exciting occasion to pay tribute to the nearly 80 physicians who have helped treat more than 50,000 unique patients at the Center since 2004.
