Invited guests include Honorary Chair and NYC schools chancellor Joel Klein, Mayor Michael Bloomberg, rap artist and MTV VJ Sway and PIX weatherman Mr. G. Cocktails will take place in the lobby outside of the gym beginning at 6:30PM during which guests will have the chance to learn about the unique curriculums of each UA school and meet some of our extraordinary students, principals and teachers while bidding on exciting silent auction items. A festive dinner provided by P.J. Clarke’s will follow at 7:30PM in the magnificently decorated school gym featuring remarks by an outstanding current student and graduate. During dessert and dancing, our very own student performers will bring the house down! Proceeds of this exhilarating evening will benefit the educational programs of the UA’s schools.
