The Second Annual Governors Island Art Fair compiled by the 4heads Collective and sponsored by GalleryBar will culminate with a closing reception on Sunday, September 27th, 3-6PM. Celebrate with food by Two Boots Pizza, drinks by GalleryBar and a mid-day costume party and outdoor masquerade ball with mask-making booths! The public is encouraged to attend in costume and engage in the interactive adventures happening on the island.
