Dumbo Arts Center 13th Under the Bridge Festival

Taking over Brooklyn's DUMBO section for the entire weekend, the festival is the largest urban forum of its kind for experimental art in the U.S. and celebrates art that is touchable, accessible and interactive. This year’s festival features projects by visual artists that address a number of issues facing the world today including the rise of technology, responses to the recession, homelessness and environmental concerns. Young artists will use any medium imaginable to create temporary projects on-the-spot everywhere and anywhere, completely transforming the Dumbo section of Brooklyn into a vibrant platform for self-expression.
