Please Join us, along with Honorary Co-Chairs and renowned entertainers Penny Marshall and Lorraine Bracco, for a Cocktail Reception to Kick-Off the 2009 Journey of Hope Gala, benefiting the Brain Injury Association of New York State (BIANYS.org).
The Kick-Off event takes place Wednesday, September 9, 2009, from 6:00pm-8:00pm, at the headquarters of the National Football League!
Proudly honored this year at the main event, which takes place on October 28th at the Hard Rock Café, will be Bob Woodruff, ABC News Anchor and Trisha Meili, author of I Am the Central Park Jogger: A Story of Hope & Possibility with “The Victory Award”. D. Thomas Ruttura & Peter Ruttura, Ruttura & Sons Construction Co., will be receiving the “Corporate Citizens of the Year” award and the “Champion of Hope” award recipient will be Deborah M. Benson, Ph.D., ABPP, Rehabilitation Neuropsychologist.
The 2009 Gala is co-chaired by Bradley Van Nostrand of the National Football League and Keeper Springs Water's Mary Ellen McCooey. Register Now! Bill Evans, of WABC News is serving as the evenings Emcee.
