| Description |
Co-curated by filmmaker Jackie Raynal, this series is dedicated to Véra Belmont, one of French cinema's most important producers and filmmakers.
'Naked Childhood' : One of Belmont’s first discoveries as a producer was director Maurice Pialat, who made his debut with this astonishing look at a child whose life is disrupted by relocation to new foster parents. Shot in a verité style with non-professional actors, Pialat crafted a film as raw as it is honest.
Showtimes at 12:30, 4, 7:30pm.
