The Girl Scout Council of Greater New York will celebrate how ’Smart Cookies Make a Difference in NYC’ at its 35th Annual Tribute Dinner on Tuesday, April 27, 2010 by honoring remarkable women for their leadership in the community: Abigail Disney, Ph.D., Co-Founder and President, the Daphne Foundation; Fran Hauser, President, Digital, Time Inc. Style & Entertainment Group; Catherine Keating, CEO, US Private Bank, J.P. Morgan; Barbara Novick, Vice Chairman, BlackRock Inc.; Judith Rodin Ph.D., President, Rockefeller Foundation; and Distinguished Community Service Award recipient Luz B. Allende, Ph.D. Nina McLemore is the Dinner Chair. Deborah Norville, Anchor of Inside Edition will emcee. The Tribute Dinner will commence at 6:30 PM with the Reception; followed by the Dinner, Program and Live Auction at 7:30 PM. Ticket prices start at $750.
