Gristle: From Factory Farms to Food Safety Book Launch

April 6, 2010 Book launch party with Moby and Miyun Park. In the new book Gristle: From Factory Farms to Food Safety (Thinking Twice About the Meat We Eat), multi-platinum musician Moby has compiled writings from fifteen contributors who shed light upon how and why the over-consumption of factory farmed meat unnecessarily harms agricultural workers, communities, the environment, animals and human health. Moby and co-editor Miyun Park, Executive Director of Global Animal Partnership, as well as a selection of Gristle’s contributors, will be present to discuss and sign the book. Refreshments will be served.
