On Monday, April 19 through Saturday, April 24 in Manhattan, il Buco restaurant is hosting its third annual Earth Day Fundraiser to benefit the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN), the world's oldest and largest global conservation network. Throughout the week, il Buco will offer a 15% discount on all Lunches (20% off the late afternoon menu) and donate the equivalent amount to IUCN to benefit it’s Amazon Rainforest preservation efforts. il Buco restaurant is a New York institution known for its Mediterranean cuisine and its dedication to using only sustainable and locally sourced agriculture.
