Ricky Kim Photography: Orgasm Exhibition

Ricky Kim is a photographer based in New York who focuses his lens on story telling. His fashion and documentary work has been featured in fashion publications and news editorial. Ricky balances his photography with a career as an advertising art director. The goal of the project is to showcase the varying emotions and facial expressions we as humans go through in the release of orgasm. This series of portraits are part of a larger book project that studies the human awareness of self. Through this photo narrative, we witness heightened and private moments in the lives of 24 women. Short interviews of the portrait subjects describing their emotional connection to sex are also included in the book. 20% of proceeds will be donated to a charitable organization for women.
