Sense & Sustainability Green Fashion Show + Cocktail Soiree

Celebrate going green on April 9 with Joya Dass and Aiden Murtagh of Eyes Wide Open Productions. The evening will begin with an organic cocktail reception, designer pop-up shop, and silent auction. Included in the silent auction will be three nights at a sustainable Mexican resort, a Max Mara bag, professional teeth whitening, botox treatments, and more. At 8 p.m. there will be a runway show featuring four emerging eco-friendly fashion designers: Marcus Hicks, Rachel Lyra Hospodra, Swati Argade, and Helen Asir. Proceeds from the event will benefit a documentary on curable blindness in India and the Sankara Eye Foundation. There are more than 45 million people living with curable blindness in southeast Asia, and to date the Sankara Eye Foundation has performed more than 550,000 free eye surgeries.
