Yves Saint Laurent forwards its multi-year commitment to the Met as the exclusive corporate sponsor of the Metropolitan Opera gala premiere of Rossini's Armida, starring Renee Fleming and directed by Mary Zimmerman. This will mark the third season of a four-year collaboration established in 2008, wherein a fashion house with historic affiliations to the opera makes an unprecedented commitment to the art form.
