Union Square Greenmarket Description: BOOK SIGNING: Dishing Up VermontDishing Up Vermont author Tracey Medeiros will be demonstrating a recipe from her cookbook and discussing some of her favorite food producers from the Green Mountain State. The event is free and open to the public. Books will be available for sale and signing at the event.
