Parlay Wine has partnered with chef and cookbook author Stephanie Beack of Scrumptious Street. We will be hosting a private cooking class and wine pairing in Dumbo Brooklyn. In the class we will learn how to prepare a variety of seasonal tapas and pair them with wines.
