During this hands on, interactive Sushi 101 class held at SideBAR, you will learn about the history and art of sushi. Learn how to make miso soup, seasoned rice, wasabi paste, spicy sauce, and your favorite rolls-including Salmon, Tuna, Tempura and more! Following the class you will get a chance to try all of the rolls you made and feast on a sushi dinner with Saki.
