Fight for Humanity-an event to benefit the Somaly Mam Foundation

The Event: A formal dinner affair held by New York’s philanthropic, finance and fashion communities in support of Somaly Mam Foundation initiatives around the world. The evening features a series of one-on-one bouts demonstrating a wide range of fighting styles; live performances by The Box; and a live auction featuring once-in-a-lifetime experience packages that will directly follow the bouts. DJ Claudius Raphael, of French Riviera Connection, who has toured Europe and graced Manhattan’s hottest venues, will then take the party to the dance floor. The funds raised for the Somaly Mam Foundation will help combat the global crisis of human trafficking, a $12-billion industry which is the fastest growing criminal enterprise in the world.
