Mon Utopie Idéale | PR, a newly launched media group in New York City (NYC), is creating an exclusive and invite-only social event to will bring together 200-250 young, dynamic professionals and urban intellectuals with multiple discipline representation in the African fashion, music and photography industry. Specifically, in one night, this vibrant and passionate event will be used to pay homage to the magnificent and alluring industry of African Fashion, Music and Photography by: (a) creating an opulent yet powerful atmosphere for these myriad groups of professionals to exchange ideas; (b) illustrating shows and performances by three new African designers and two new artists; (c) enticing additional NYC residents and visitors to participate in the tremendous buzz around African Fashion, Music and Photography; and (d) facilitating an environment conducive for Diaspora participation, particularly for Africans along the North East Corridor (NY, NJ, PA, DC, VA) . The affair is designed for urban intellectuals (irrespective of race, gender or creed) who want to cultivate their knowledge base or enhance their awareness African artistic musings. For one night only, this intimate affair will link together a massive intertwining community of fashionistas influenced by African fashion with a growing band of fresh, new African artisan musicians and photographers driven to higher levels.
