Planet Barbecue: Live-Fire Grilling from Kansas City to South Africa
American Museum of Natural History is offering an opportunity to please your taste buds and your brain. At Linder Theater on the first floor, ’Master Griller’ Steven Raichlen will introduce the many different types of barbecue Tasting will include South African sosaties, pork kebabs with dried apricots, and curry.
