Hamburger Creator Louis' Lunch Festival Debut at the American Food and Music Fest

Iconic eatery and inventor of the original hamburger Louis’ Lunch will make its way to the event, along with their signature century-old broilers, credited to giving the burgers their famous flavor. For burger lovers, the festival will be making special arrangements in order to take the historic Louis Lunch restaurant on the road and to you. As part of its historic charm, Louis’ Lunch has been preparing their burgers the same way since 1900, using their patented broiler ovens. As a result, the restaurant will only be able to make 1000 of their famous burgers.
