The 25th anniversary year of the children’s charity Kids in Distressed Situations (K.I.D.S.) will kick off with an annual luncheon honoring three women of achievement for their support of children in need. Honorees are: Elyse Kroll, ENK International; Liz Lange, Liz Lange Maternity; and Christina Miller, Turner Sports & Cartoon Network Enterprises. Acclaimed journalist Roz Abrams will emcee and Silda Wall Spitzer, Founding Chair of Children for Children, will provide a keynote speech on the important values that volunteerism can instill in children.
