Chef Maximo Lopez May of Wall & Water restaurant is hosting Chef Gregory Marchand of Frenchie's for one of the most exciting dinners this summer bringing together two chefs from a colorful spectrum of horizons and continents. Before opening one of the busiest bistros in Paris, Chef Marchand spent time cooking in NYC at Gramercy Tavern. He now returns to prepare a delicious menu paired with wine with Chef Lopez May.
