The Mellomatics...feature Binky Griptite (Sharon Jones & The Dap Kings) and Meah Pace (Rev. Vince Anderson & The Love Choir) on vocals. You may have seen them at the Apollo theater with Sharon Jones & The Dap Kings or headlining at Southpaw in Brooklyn. They play original and classic R&B music (Ike & Tina, Betty Wright, etc.) the way it should be played...hard and nasty! All are welcome, 21 and up with I.D. There is no cover for this event.
