The evening will feature a discussion about restaurant trends and
New York City’s fine dining experiences from an Australian perspective.
The discussion moderator is Divya Gugnani from ”˜Behind the Burner’.
Craig and Shaun will also be showcasing four of their own signature
hot and cold canapés in a reception following the discussion. Wines and Australian beers will also be provided.
