Chef Eric Ripert and nine top chefs—Dan Barber, Stephane Becht, Daniel Humm, Gavin Kaysen, Anita Lo, Laurent Manrique, George Mendes, Sam Talbot, and Michael White —will offer their signature dishes at an exclusive dinner at the Pierre Hotel in New York City to commemorate the 50th anniversary. In an intimate setting, each of the chefs will cook for a table of 20 people.
