From Delmonico's to Danny Meyer Feasting in the Flatiron

Take part in salute to flatiron districts rich history of gustatory greatness, tradition began during the Gilded Age and continues today at some of Flatirons finest restaurants. Special evening includes an exhibit of artifacts and ephemera, talks by renown experts and food and drink from local restaurants that reflect the culinary achievements for more than a century. A talk by William Grimes, former chief restaurant critic of The New York Times and the author of ’Appetite City: A Culinary History of New York.’ Copies of his book, signed by Mr. Grimes, will be on sale. 4.
