Take part in salute to flatiron districts rich history of gustatory greatness, tradition began during the Gilded Age and continues today at some of Flatirons finest restaurants. Special evening includes an exhibit of artifacts and ephemera, talks by renown experts and food and drink from local restaurants that reflect the culinary achievements for more than a century.

Featuring:
1. A food tasting of items culled from the annals of historic Flatiron restaurants as well as from the menus of today's Flatiron favorites.
2. An exhibit of relevant memorabilia curated by urban archivist and historian Miriam Berman, the author of ’Madison Square: the Park and its Celebrated Landmarks.’
3. A talk by William Grimes, former chief restaurant critic of The New York Times and the author of ’Appetite City: A Culinary History of New York.’ Copies of his book, signed by Mr. Grimes, will be on sale.
4. A virtual walk through Flatiron’s culinary history presented by historian Miriam Berman.
